The club will hold at The Paycare Stadium TOMORROW EVENING starting at 7.30 pm (doors open 7 pm) a highly important meeting tomorrow evening that will hopefully go a long way to helping the club in the coming seasons.
After the clubs first hugely successful first season in the Midlands Division of the Northern Premier League after the clubs second promotion in three seasons, now is the time to have an evening of blunt and honest discussion on the past four seasons and take on board any thoughts and ideas from anyone on how the club can develop and move forward.
First Team Manager Dean Gill penned an open letter to supporters at Saturday’s game which said
"I hope you’ve enjoyed this season’s experiences playing in the Northern Premier League - the club’s first season playing at step 4 or equivalent.
This letter has two aspects; firstly, to thank everyone for their support throughout the season, I don’t get chance to see and talk to everyone, therefore cannot thank everyone personally, but on behalf of my team, both playing staff and management along with myself a heartfelt thank you.
Secondly, we have announced a meeting this coming Wednesday evening starting at 7.30 pm at the ground, and I would really like you to attend. There is so much to discuss and both we and the club value your thoughts and feedback, Wednesday will provide a perfect opportunity for this to happen.
It’s important the club stays ahead of the challenges it faces and there will be many over the summer and next season, this meeting will give us the perfect opportunity to discuss these with you along with any suggestions or ideas you may have that can help us with our development. Therefore, if you could attend the meeting that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your continued and wonderful support."
We really do hope that EVERYONE will make the effort to attend, we will be looking to have another big season starting in August, planning and discussions have already started, BUT EVERYONE can and will have an input into the first team’s future.
SO COME AND HAVE YOUR SAY, ASK THOSE QUESTIONS YOU WANT ANSWERED. LET US HAVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW WE CAN IMPROVE, BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
