Darlaston will look to get time into their players legs in a crucial friendly

Given that Darlaston’s last game was against Wombourne Allstars last week in the JW Hunt Cup, a ten-day break between games at this crucial time of the season, especially going into Saturday’s important game at Stourport Swifts, was felt too long by Darlaston’s management team.

AFC Bridgnorth are very much going through a re-building process and have had mixed results in recent games. Currently in 17th place in the league, having won three of their fourteen games, lost eight and drawn three. Their last three fixtures have seen a 3-2 loss at high riding Stapenhill, a great result against Midland Football League Premier Division outfit Wolverhampton Casuals in the League Cup winning 4-3, but last Saturday suffered at 10-0 loss at another high riding side in Cradley Town.

Irrespective of the results, Bridgnorth will provide stern opposition for Darlaston’s squad in advance of Saturday’s fixture.

The game kicks off earlier than usual at 7.30 p.m.

Gates will open at 6.15 p.m.

Admission has been reduced due to a high number of games in November to

Adults £3, Concessions £2.
There will be no printed programme or teamsheet’s available for this game. Season tickets will not also apply to this game.

We hope as many Darlaston supporters as possible will attend tomorrow nights game.
