Darlaston’s squad worked their socks off yesterday Long Eaton deserved the win, but the inexperienced match officials……

Darlaston traveled to Long Eaton yesterday for their first of four consecutive games against the top five in the Division.

The loss to an excellent Long Eaton United side was no disgrace despite the squad’s best efforts, but surely you cannot have such an inexperienced set of officials in charge of such a big game and occasion.

Darlaston move onto Worcester City on Tuesday evening at their County Sports Ground at Claines Lane, a ground many Darlaston supporters know well. Kick off 7.45pm please keep a look out for tomorrows post regarding advance ticket sales, and car parking for the Worcester game.
