"Following the curtailment of the season by the FA, the league committee are looking to run a league wide supplementary cup competition during April and May, as well as the league cups, details will be sent to clubs in the near future".

The WMRL are planning to run two cup competitions for all of their clubs to play some football before the summer. This announcement was not expected and had been made after the Premier Division season was "curtailed" yesterday by the FA, subject to ratification by the main FA Board in the future.
